Thanks dfamina!
You know, the thing I hate most about this game is that people have to die. I mean, seriously, can't we all just get along?
The psych question for this round is: Since it has been a while since your lovely mod has been on Braingle, what feature of Braingle (other than Werewolf game) would you suggest she try out again? What is it about that feature that makes you think she might enjoy it?
Memory test from mentalrobics may work up quite a mental sweat which is always good
Ain't sure. Didn't spend lots time here. Ain't even sure if anything has change.
The other part I am trying out again is checkers. If anyone wants to play, let me know! I've also been partial to logic grids, but then, I never stopped coming here to work on them. Even during my hiatus, I would occationally stop by to do a puzzle. I have yet to reach my goal of having done all of them, but I'm pretty close.
I'm wondering, orange wolf... do you think my memory is poor? Is that why I need to do the memory test? *scampers off to go try it anyway*

Ok, Orange wolf, today's score: 7. Took me more times than I'd like to admit to remember 8 digits. Did you know, on pi day, we had a student who could recite 230 digits of pi?

Because I was curious, I tried too and got 10.

Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
I would have thought this would have started a lot sooner today with everyone on by 9 am pst... oh well.
I also wonder about why the blue wolf has not answered a prompt question... makes me wonder if we have a new player to the game who doesn't quite understand how it is supposed to work.
And yes Mocha... since day one I have been happy with people using my real first name... it's so much easier than calling me "Hey You".
I am going to have a fairly busy day tomorrow, so I probably will vote before I go to bed tonight... luckily, if I miss doing it before tomorrow evening, I will have only about 30 minutes or so before the round is over to get a vote in for the seer.

SPV for Nicats for now. Will change if need be.
Take all sorrow out of life and you take away all richness, and depth, and tenderness. The capacity of sorrow belongs to our grandeur. It is the furnace that melts hearts together in love.

Hmm. I think the blue wolf is very likely if not almost definitely TanCW. Mocha never said that a wolf would no longer be required to answer psych questions if shot, so the mere fact that he was shot last round doesn't mean anything, right? He's the only player who hasn't logged on recently (as of right now, he hasn't been online in two days), so this inactivity would explain why there haven't been any answers.
Nicats, I'm curious why you thought dfamina might not be good at submitting prompts this way? I agree with you that she probably has less TWG experience than most if not all of the other players here, but I did get the impression from the first round that she was active and trying to learn quickly and be involved in the game, and even if she missed the first round, I'm not sure she'd miss or ignore PMs from mocha (presumably there'd be at least one or two PMs asking for a psych question and maybe a reminder). Besides her relative lack of experience with TWG, is there something else that motivated you to vote for her?

You are correct, demo, I expect answers from all wolves for all rounds whether they are shot or not.

I'm going to go ahead and let you all know this, and I apologize in advance. I am not going to vote right now, because it's late, I'm sleepy, and I don't have it in me to devote serious thought to this at the moment. I -will- vote, but it will probably not come until very close to the end of the round (within the last couple of hours), as I have an errand to run after work, and will not be home until at least 16 hours from now. At that time, you all will have my undivided attention until such time as I have picked a candidate.
With that said, good night, and I'll see you all, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, in the... evening.

Hmm, I am not really sure I buy the logic for dfam either, inexperienced or not, like 4demo says, it is simply a matter of getting pm's. I agree with dfam though about it being late, although, I am able to think still, I am not sure I could put much of my milling thoughts into words that anyone but me would understand
Doesn't seem to be a memory award, so not sure that I see much to go on here, or can you see it somewhere. I got a 9. Nice job @ tuku with 10.
No, I am way too disorganized to put two thoughts together (and it look me five times to type disorganized. And the more I type the less I can keep my eyes open.... Will be back tomorrow morning.

This just in... there is now an answer for the blue wolf.

I am also inclined to think that blue wolf is TanCW. He has been on today, but he wasn't on Saturday or Sunday, which would make sense that blue's answers just came in. However, there is very little room for error this game.
I am still inclined to think that orange wolf is a student. The only students left are tuku, 4demo, and me. Since I know that I am not a wolf, that leaves tuku and 4demo, both of which I think could have written that poem in round 1.
I have to head to work, but I will be back on afterwards to see how the round had progressed.
Livin' that mom-life...

Ok, so the blue wolf is obviously changing the way they talk, so that doesn't give us much. They also said they didn't spend much time here. From what I remember when I was still active is that (mocha), 4demo, nicats, tancw, and I were on all the time. But it could also imply the hiatus that a lot of us (including myself) took before mocha pulled us back in. So, overall, I've got nothing.
As for the orange wolf, it's someone who enjoys mental development and numbers. Which, considering he likes math and I don't know if I'll be back before the round ends (I have class and then work until 8:30 EST), I'm voting for limerick again. But, if I do get a chance to come on and see new POV's that have more evidence (because I admit mine is grasping at straws) I will be open to changing my vote.
And thanks limerick, I got lucky the 10th round though because it was something close to 6600009066. If I didn't get it, I'd have the worst memory ever. xD

I agree that the timing of TanCW's login makes him a highly likely candidate for blue wolf, and the answer seems like it could have come from him. Of course, it's always possible that somebody's not following directions, or had a busy real-life schedule that happened to coincide with his logins.
Assuming though that TanCW was a wolf, Limerick, Stewie, and Witty voted for him last round. We know that Stewie was definitely human. Stewie's only post last round was:
Given his haste to vote (I don't know if this is characteristic of him, to vote early?), it might have seemed that he was fairly eager to vote because he was the Seer, in which case it wouldn't be so much a seer protecting vote as a seer divining vote. I feel like the probability of this is rather low, but just a thought.
Both Witty and Limerick voted for TanCW primarily due to his inactivity, in that order. I feel like it would be fairly easy to jump on a small bandwagon for TanCW for that reason, so a wolf might sacrifice a fellow inactive wolf to try to blend in better. Based on that and no intuitive suspicions any other way and of course the fact that he could have written the orange wolf's answers as much as any other person, I'm going to vote for Limerick this round. (I have large assignments due tonight, tomorrow, and Wednesday, so I probably won't be checking back more than once more this round, sorry!)
Also, I agree with Witty that if the orange wolf is a student, it'd be most likely to be her, tuku, or me. However, I'm not certain enough that it's a student to follow that path just yet. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the main indicators of the wolf being a student is the use of "YOLO" and "schooled"? I feel like someone relatively young (which I'll loosely define as not more than two generations above me) or who interacts with a younger person a lot (teacher, parent, etc.) could also be familiar with the term. "Schooled" as a verb (I think someone used the example of checkers or sports) could be used by pretty much any age group, I think.
Edit: tuku posted after I started writing. I realize this will put Limerick in a majority of two for now. I don't want to switch my vote right now, so I'll try harder to come back tonight and change it later if needed.

I'm not going to wait for the psych questions. I am going to throw a bit of entertainment in and be the first to vot even if it is a SPV.

Stole some time during my lunch break, in case traffic keeps me from voting before the end of the round.
I say again that I am somewhat handicapped by the fact that I know only a few of you, and none particularly well, except for perhaps mocha. From the style of the poem (still hung up on that one, as I feel that voting times and orders in and of themselves aren't solid enough grounds to suspect someone; when something as unpredictable as an internet hiccup can influence the basis of your vote, it probably isn't strong enough to lean on), I think I can personally rule out demo. From what I know about her, I just can't match her to those words.
Randy, tuku, nicats, and snowmonster, I know literally nothing about.
That leaves Limerick and WittyKitty (affectionately referred to as "Wiki" by me), and I could see either one using that style of wording. I feel a slight bias toward Limerick, given his name and that the orange wolf's answer was given as a stanza. However, I am going to vote for WittyKitty. She's gotten married since the last time we spoke (a couple of years), which could have been referred to by the line "Eating my life before it's even been cooled." Marriage is a rather huge step. In fact, that could also have been referenced by "been schooled", which - again - I feel means having learned lessons of life, and not necessary going to actual school. Although, that's certainly a possibility, too.
I'll give this some more thought later, but for now, that's my two cents. Actually, that might've been closer to a nickel. Don't spend it all in one place, now.

Well i was just thinking there was a group of us here that knows how important that getting the promts in on time since some games you could be outed for punishment if ur promt was t there. Was just thinking it always took time for those players to get the hang of it when they first started. Honestly dont know much about dfam and really could not connect these to the others. Thats my only reason for the vote. As for tan (a good player when his hearts in it) he is kinda sketchy when playing this game. I always feel he is the scapegoat for the wolves (if they played with him) they can start a vote on him to save their hides for another round. So maybe he is a wolf but i usually like to give hime the benefit of the doubt for the round. Will check back as in most games things do change pretty quickly around here.

Okay, back and I'm awake.
What do we know:
1) No psych response from the blue wolf for two days, response on the third
2) TanCW inactive the first two days, back on the third
3) Stewie was human and eaten
What does this mean to us:
I'm still pretty sure that Tan is our blue wolf, I just don't buy an internet hiccup because he was gone two days and the day he returns is also the day we get a psych response. Just seems too pat and convenient. From this, I would tentatively give Witty and Stewie a clear as they were the first to vote on him, though obviously the latter doesn't help...
Okay, let's see what I know about the people around me:
Witty is undoubtedly the one I know best, she is definitely capable of writing the orange wolf, but I don't think it really matches her style. Yes, she got married recently so yes, a lot of the lifestyle events would make sense. Though... "eating my life before it's even been cooled"... thought process wise, maybe, but, I don't see that wording, wish I could be more specific. Ultimately, I think a long response would have been 4-5 lines from her, she would have been content with writing something shorter, especially with her busy schedule - school and work.
Mocha, yeah, this isn't going to help much, on to the next victim
tuku I have only talked to a couple times, very driven towards the artistic side of things, so maybe, in school, yes, but I really don't know here
dfam - From what I have seen, he tends to be relatively quiet, though deep thinking, I can see it as a possibility
snowmonster - Well, I really don't know too much, been in a couple games, and never as a wolf. She is generally fairly hard to get a read on, though, from my experience tends to be more analytical than I have seen thus far with another SPV vote, certainly time left in this round though
What do I know from others, post by post:
mocha - competitive
RGW - busy, personal, impatient
tuku - curious
snow - spv
nicats - defensive, fits with his beginning post in this game about not getting shot/eaten early xD, don't really buy dfam as not getting his posts in
4demo - Questioning nicat's response, deeply analytical
mocha - more prompts, do we get the blue wolf's first round prompt response?
dfam - very busy, descriptive, apologetic
WiKi (still like this nick) - Didn't know 4demo was a student, noted, I am not quite as convinced that orange is a student, though it would work
tuku - Blue wolf analysis, sticking to all the info at hand, 4demo, tancw, mocha very active while here, orange - mental devel/numbers, makes sense
4demo - Not sure we can read much into Stewie's early vote either, think this is fairly typical, Stewie tends to be fairly active; cautious, analytical, skeptical of motives
dfam - Doesn't know many of us, rules out 4demo off personal knowledge, cautious of login times, teasing word play
Okay, I think I also need a membership into tuku's grasping at straws club....
dfam, any more info on why you don't think it is 4demo? (I know from my personal analysis of WiKi who I know quite well, that it isn't necessarily easy to do xD
Right now, although I don't agree with the logic of dfam as the blue wolf, I do think it is possible for him to be the orange, Wiki is also possible, though, I really don't think so; tuku is quite possible, and 4demo seemed possible too, though I can't put my finger on it, and honestly, am leaning towards giving 4demo a clear based on her response to the dfam accusation, doesn't seem all that wolflike to me. I also am not sure of Randy here, both with his early insistence on a real answer, and ignoring what I feel to have been an obvious choice, then with his commentary on round length.
I truly am grasping at straws here though, for now, my vote goes for RGW4. As always, subject to change.

I sent her my answer just before I joined the game. And since I was the last person to join, Round Zero closed immediately and the game started. Hence, my late first post.
I don't really have any one specific thing that leads me away from demo. It's a bit like you said "can't put my finger on it". It just doesn't fit her very well.

As much as I hate doing it, if something doesn't change soon, I will have to vote simply to protect myself... From a 2 vot majority Are people that determined to see me shot?
Uh... this is rather random and embarrassing, but dfamina, would you mind letting us know your gender? I only ask because I thought you were female and referring to you with she/her, but I noticed that Limerick used "he" and I don't want to continue to be wrong...
I can understand how I fit the orange wolf's probable demographics, although the writing style doesn't really sound like me or how I'd try to disguise myself, and Mentalrobics isn't that high up on the list of features I'd recommend generally. Of course, I could just be saying this without giving you any real reason to believe me.
I'm going to switch my vote to nicats. Something just feels a little "off" about how she seems to still be "defending" the possibility of TanCW not being the blue wolf (of course, even if she was a wolf, I'm not sure what the benefits of defending him would be) and how she jumped on dfamina simply because of dfamina being a newer player. I know it's not much, but without anything more concrete and with a bit of that internal feeling we're all struggling to describe, I think it's my best option right now.

Haha. Sorry, demo. I'm male. I know my name throws some folks off a bit.
Now then. After re-reading a couple of posts and looking at the times when the last round ended and this one started, I've determined that Tan was NOT the blue wolf. Or a wolf at all. Night ended during the 24-hour period; it didn't time out. That means both wolves voted within the time frame. As of demo's post in Round Two, Tan still had not logged on in two days. Had s/he been a wolf, Night would've lasted the entire 24 hours and timed out.

I am here! Please hold while I edit this post with my thoughts. I just wanted to let you all know that I am here and am making a post since it's so close to the end of the round (and Limerick was noting how he may vote to protect himself).
EDIT:
Dfam, if Tan was a wolf, then only one wolf would have to vote in order to end the night round (I figured this could be a simple misunderstanding since you haven't played TWG much). Also, I did indeed get married this past year, but I never would have stated that as "eating my life before it's cooled." In fact, when I first read that, I had no clue what it was supposed to mean. xD First thing that comes to my head when I hear "eating my life" is the cereal.
Limerick, why did you say that I didn't know 4demo was a student? I included her in my initial list of students (see Round 1). Also, I can see how you could be the orange wolf as that answer looks like something you would do. I agree that it would be nice to see Blue Wolf's answer from Round 1. Because you pointed this out, I am thinking that maybe you are not the wolf. However, if Tan is the wolf, you might want us to think that so that we don't vote you out since you voted for him. Oh, the psychology!
Nicats, I do believe that dfam is not the blue wolf. He seems more responsible than to neglect putting in a prompt as the last player. As the last player to join, if he started the game and saw that he was a wolf, he would have wanted to get that prompt in as soon as possible.
4demo, I agree, nicats does seem to be grasping straws.
Tuku, you stated, "Ok, so the blue wolf is obviously changing the way they talk, so that doesn't give us much." Do you know something we don't know? We've only gotten one answer from the blue wolf. Freudian slip, maybe?
Snowy, why still SPV?
Randy, don't have much to say about you except that you seem busy.
I am inclined to vote for Tuku. She seems to fit orange wolf, and it is possible that she neglected to answer before the game started, in which case her statement about blue could've really been a Freudian slip.

Livin' that mom-life...
I haven't played TWG in a couple of years, but if I remember correctly, a wolf cannot vote once he or she is shot. Since TanCW was first round, he couldn't have voted that night anyway and only Orange Wolf could have (assuming, of course, that he was indeed the blue wolf).

Somehow, that had escaped me completely. Don't I feel silly.

@WiKi That was actually my first reaction Tuku too, but then I realised she probably meant that the blue wolf was obviously, by the crazy style, hiding his normal writing style, not comparing it to anything previous, so I don't think that means anything. As far as my comment, I was referring to myself not knowing who 4demo was, not you xD
As for nicats, from my experience, he is often grasping straws like that, I don't think it is any sign of guilt. Still, I would like to see some more commentary from him than he has given. Certainly not enough to get anyone killed over it. Still watching, but for right now, keeping my vote in place.

ETA: Hmm, 4demo, I can't say I don't appreciate the change of votes, but jumping to form another majority? Still, I agree that it is kind of odd that nicats does seem to be, not outright, but passively defending Tan as the blue wolf...

Love the thought patterns of all. With about 15 minutes to go, I wasn't sure I could read them all before placing a vote. Yes Witty, quite busy - don't let the news tell you that the construction trade is dead. At least in the Los Angeles area is is booming.
Limerick... impatient? Interesting. I probably would use a different word that is more in tune to being precise; but you are entitled to your opinion.
I will check the voting right now and be right back with my vote.
