Going with Sara for lack of anything better at the moment.
Now, here's the BIG question: Who are we going to clear/fire next?

SaraGrace! She is probably the boss. That's where my vote goes!!!
I don't think she is. Maybe we should vote for you, Kyle.

I still think SaraGrace is a good guess, but that's based only on her recent involvement in the game. Before when she was under the radar and not mentioned in the game, she didn't bother to even post what her votes were. Now that people suspect her, she's here to say she's not the Boss. If you really aren't the Boss, why tell us that? You didn't care who we were voting for earlier.
So unless someone has a more convincing idea, I will go with a vote on SaraGrace.

Voting KyleBrawl.

It's probably because SaraGrace didn't think that was important. She doesn't want you guys to be lemmings. Isn't that thoughtful of her?

Steven your rock! I am not the boss because I just am not a loud person on the Internet. Also I thought you weren't supposed to share your votes. I thought it was private for a reason. I hope you see my way. Also I like chemistry, not biology.

I'm content with my vote for Sara. Clearing people is needed if we're going to win the game before the end.
I think KyleBrawl is the boss. He keeps pointing his fingers at SaraGrace so we won't think twice about voting for her. Im changing my vote to KyleBrawl.

Not on my regular computer so I don't have my notes; but I seem to recall Kyle being offline during at least one of the periods when Boss had to send in a memo. If my memory is correct, then Kyle can't be Boss. (I should be able to access my notes this evening to confirm my memory....)
In the meantime, sticking with Sara.

I can respect that, being quiet on the Internet (I'm quiet in real life ). But you joined a social game .. that means you kinda-sorta have to say something in order to play right and help your "teammates." I think you're right that the real rules for WTB want us to keep our votes a secret, but if you saw all of us sharing our votes and making lists for 3 rounds, why didn't you ask? Or come on to say anything else? I'm sorry, but it just sort of sounds like excuses. And now everyone is voting for Kyle? Just because he wants to vote for someone so bad...? I guess. So exactly, who had the majority?

There was no posting or declared vote for lissiclown so we don't know what she did. (AND NOTE THAT YOU CAN'T DISCUSS/DECLARE INFORMATION AFTER THE VOTING PERIOD IS OVER!!).
If lissi failed to vote and was a mandatory, then there would be six players, 5 votes, of which 3 are declared for Sara. 3/5 would be a firing majority if Sara were Boss.
If lissi voted for Sara, then Sara has 4/6 votes which would still be a firing majority if Sara were Boss.
If lissi voted any other way, then there is no 50%+ on anybody. (Sara would have 3/6, a plain 50%; but you need "more than 50%" to fire Boss.)
So the firing results should be interesting.....
If I don't understand the mechanics correctly, then whether lissi is a mandi is irrelevant: out of 6 votes, nobody got a majority (unless lissi secretly voted for Sara), so the game will go on in any event.

As I understand the mechanics of the program, it depends. There was no posting or declared vote for lissiclown so we don't know what she did. (AND NOTE THAT YOU CAN'T DISCUSS/DECLARE INFORMATION AFTER THE VOTING PERIOD IS OVER!!).

I figured it out. First off, we don't need to know who lissi voted for. And, everyone must have to the truth for this to be true.
If we don't win, this is how we find out who's cleared:
If me,Sara,or Dawnrising get fired: The KyleBrawl isn't the boss.
If talan,Fintpops,or Kyle get fired: SaraGrace isn't the boss.
Then again, if people lied, then this is off.

Hmmmm. If I'm right and the majority is of votes cast rather than possible votes (i.e., if lissi is a mandi, then there were only 5 votes out of 6 players).
If that's correct, then there are 3 votes for Kyle and 3 for Sara. In both cases, the votes are declared by players other than themselves (and we know the Rat is gone, so if either K or S were Boss, then all the votes against them would be real); so effectively they would both be cleared.

BTW, Kyle can't be boss anyway. He was indeed inactive during the period where boss's first memo was sent in so he couldn't have sent it.
He is inactive and we are waiting on the boss memo maybe it is KyleBrawl

Actually Talan, it's majority of possible votes. Lissi would simply count as a neutral vote, but it still counts as one of the votes. The reason I know this is because if you have two employees left at the end of the game, both must vote for the boss. If one is a mandi, it's over.

As a counterexample, look at this game. It was a 15-player game so in the 1st round there were 13 possible votes. Boss received 6 votes and was fired. 6/13 is clearly not a majority, but 6/10 is.
That one may be some sort of glitch; it's a very old game. But there are a *lot* of games that end with Boss fired where there are less "Winners" (i.e., people who voted for Boss) than "Survivors" (i.e., people who didn't vote for Boss but weren't fired); I suspect the cause in all of those were mandis though, since the voting records aren't published, I can't really prove it. Examples of this are #2778, #2768, #2705, #2690, #2672, #2619, and many more (more than 125 of them; and my database isn't complete).

If there are 2 players, both have to vote for the Boss to win. If one is a mandi, then the Boss immediately wins because (per the rules):Boss Wins the Game: This happens when there is only one employee left who hasn't already been fired. At this point the Boss is able to fire the remaining employee without any worry.
(The game has to work that way; otherwise a single player would always constitute a firing majority against a Boss and Boss couldn't ever win.) So in your example when one player was a mandi, the other was immediately all by himself and was fired per the rules. Doesn't mean that the mandi's vote counts as a "neutral".As a counterexample, look at this game. It was a 15-player game so in the 1st round there were 13 possible votes. I think maybe Dawnrising is the boss because we are waiting on the boss and he is the only one who hasn't been on today.
