Five women bought five different types of flowers for different reasons on different days.
Names: Julia, Amy, Bethany, Rachel, and Kristen
Flowers: Roses, Daisies, Lilies, Tulips, and Carnations
Colors: Purple, Yellow, Pink, White, and Peach

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
1. The flowers were purchased in the following order: tulips, the flowers for the office, the purple flowers, the roses for the park, and the white flowers bought by Julia.
2. Bethany loves flowers but is allergic, so she would never have them indoors.
3. It rained on Wednesday and Friday, because of this, the wedding and birthday party had to be moved indoors.
4. Amy bought her flowers after Rachel, but before Kristen.
5. Rachel needed something more to add to her office, so she chose peach flowers to match her curtains.
6. On Wednesday the only purple flowers available at the flower shop were daisies.

Solve a Puzzle
Comments
Very good teaser. I was able to actually solve a big one like this, which is not normal for me. Very good clues, but still took some figuring out.
I really, really enjoyed this puzzle! Great job! Do another one, quick!
Keep up the good work!
Good Job. I liked it.
Good job.
I enjoyed it, a little easy, but fun!
I'm really glad you liked it, this was only the second one i've done, so i was kind of worried.
Great Job! I was stumped until I went back to clue one and paid attention to the word "order".
Wow!!! My head nearly burst! Great riddle, but i got it a little bit wrong with the colours.
This was so clever that I could have grown my own garden in the time it took me to solve it. Really good one!
Great job! Very puzzling, but not so hard you can't solve it.
Yeah, clue one was the whole key. It was really well written and yet very solvable. I loved solving it!
Easy, but very enjoyable. Had fun doing it. Thanks!!
Very Good! But, i'm stuck!!
Very easy, but nicely done.
this one was fun
I thought it was excellent.
The puzzle requires a couple assumptions not explicitly stated in the clues: 1) The days are consecutive (in the same week). 2) In Clue 6, a daisy was purchased.
I liked this one, the indoors clue was ambiguous, but it was still solvable.
@krazydad - I'd agree with the first, but it's a fairly common assumption in these teasers so not a big deal.
I don't agree with the second though. The first clue already told you that the purple flowers were purchased on Wednesday. So since Daisies where the only purple flowers available on that day, it follows that they had to be the flowers purchased.
@LanceAlot - I found it a bit ambiguous too, but in the end it doesn't matter. It clearly rules out the Office, just wasn't sure about Wedding/Birthday (especially when we were told they got moved indoors). However, I ended up ruling those out from the other clues anyway, so that ambiguity was irrelevant.

Great one, can be solved the whole in head
