A man grabbed a large cup made of Styrofoam. He went outside and found a person. He said to the person, "Watch this!"
Out of nowhere the cup appeared to be levitating. How did he do this?
Out of nowhere the cup appeared to be levitating. How did he do this?
Answer
He did it by poking a hole in the back of it. He then put his thumb slightly in the hole, and kept all his other fingers outward. He then moved the cup a little to the side, so the thumb is invisible from an angle. Then, he opened all his other fingers in a butterfly formation outward. You can do this with lots of practice in the mirror. A plastic or paper cup will work too.

sweet im first comment.....
you could also use a magnet.
nice teaser!
So technically, it wasn't levitating. It only looked that way.
itz cool, i like it !
I was thinking it had something to do with a static-type attraction.... If the riddle is that it really isn't levitating at all, you should tell it from the point of view of someone who wouldn't know that, rather than the point of view of the man who's tricking his friend into thinking it.
That was real fun and interesting, but you could have said it differently to make more sense. Liked it , though!
I am so going to try this. Muwahahahaha.
haha it really fit the other category.... really random answer.... i mean seriously.... how was anyone supposed to get that? but still.... pretty good
A very odd teaser. I wouldn't have got the answer in a million years. It wasn't even logical. Too random to make a intelligent deduction.
THAT WAS RUBBISH
