Hotaru Beam

Hotaru Beam is played on a grid where circled numbers appear at some intersections. The circles each have a dot on one edge. Your job is to draw lines to connect all the circles by following the rules.

1. The number in the circle indicates how many 90 degree turns the line will take when traveling from the dot to another circle.
2. No line may cross.
3. A line may enter a circle where there isn't a dot.
