that was a good one.....had to read it twice to get the right answer...Much Luv
Good one! I was tryin' to calculate the 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock, until I saw that it was trick. Then I got the answer.
It took me a little bit to get the answer, but a good teaser anyway. Good Job.
wow, this was really good... i had trouble figuring it out..

Got Me. Probably didn't help that I was looking at a clock with Roman Numerals!!
yes, that was really tricky, and a good one.
But the answer, if taken literally, can also be 5 and 5/11 minutes past one. That is where the big and small hands coincide, between 1 and 2.

it was a good one...got me though...was looking at the 1 and 2.. didn't know it was 12...
ummm, by my watch it is 2:13.
Dang! I was going by 18. But I gues that wouldn't work. The hour hand wouldn't be right between the 1 and 2 yet.
That was tricky and quite clever
I'd say, it's time to get a new watch.
It had me until I saw my clock. Great one!
Darn digital watches they weren't much help at all. Who say technology is good
IVIatrixSamurai, Why did you say "wow, this was really good... i had trouble figuring it out" to the brain teaser you did? Anyway, Wow great teaser. ya
That was tricky, good Job!
Hey, c'mon, the answer is at 5 and 5/11th mins past the hour, and multiples of this for each extra hour!! Oh well, worked hard to get the answer, but fooled by the trick!!!
If the clock is working properly, it is impossible for both hands to be exactly between 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock. For the hour hand to be exactly between any two numbers, it would have to be half past the hour. Therefore, it would be time to get the clock fixed.
What fun.
To "cnmne", the problem said "between the one and two" not 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock so it would be possible. I think you need your clock fixed
Good job!!!
Nice One! this is one of the best ones i've seen!
VERY TIDY....good "trick" question. I was thinking 17
nice 1
It was easy! At least for me. I don't see how you people think this is a good teaser. It was boring in my opinion. Well you guys are a little right. This is only my opinion.
I farted
funny..i farted
by the way i didnt get it this tease
by the way i didnt get it this tease
I liked it, very funny, and clever.
Of course, I was expecting it to say something having to do with the actual time, so I said 11:22

Clever!
wow, i actually got this one!
nice
Got me.
Going into my Favourites, good one!!!
Or the clock is broken
Does not work for my clock as instead of numbers it has large dots. That blew that one. Not all clocks have numbers.
I think those who don't realise the two hands could not possibly be on top of each other between the 1 and the 2 are likely the younger folk, some of whom may be unfamiliar with an anologe clock. Telling time is yet another thing they have stopped teaching in school as the digital clock has taken over.
Babe, you are right, not all clocks haxe numbers. I have one with Roman Numerals, one with dots and one that only has markings at 12,3.6. And 9.
When I was younger, I hadGoofy (the Disney character) watch that ran backwards. Though the teaser would still work for that as the 12 and 6 were in the same position as on a normal watch.

I agree with Samm and cnmne; it would be time to have your clock fixed!!
While I much prefer the answer stated... another answer is possible:
At 155 exactly, all three hands will be lined up exactly, and be a hair to the right of the 1 (thus "in between the one and two").

My guess was "time to get a new clock" or "time to call the clock repairman," as that should never occur on a properly functioning clock. I was not clever enough to think of the real answer! Great one!
As the Category was 'Trick', I said it was time to get a new clock?
