actually this is criticism.this is a very creative puzzle but this is too difficult. Most of us Americans do not know french nevertheless speak it. from a scale of 1-5 i would give this a 3. If you are satified with a three, good-4-u, but if not well then, im sorry.
Hey, works for me. I am glad that you kinda liked it. If it helps any, I only count in french and had to look up the spelling on my internet translator. Thanks for your input.
hey fishmed i thought it wuz a REALLY good one... i got it at once... two thumbs up
Hey I liked it and I thought it was easy. What I don't like is all the American puzzles about nickels, dimes, 2 bits and various slang names for coins that are totally foreign to me!
I REALLY liked this teaser! its GREAT!
A great teaser fishmed. Wretched, your opinion is free to give but spare a thought for all of us on this site who cope with the plethora of U.S. based teasers where the solutions are way beyond me as local knowledge of the U.S. is required. I have no problem with accepting such teasers as there is an audience for them however the same must apply for teasers where knowledge based on other countries is required. I thought this was particularly clever, well done fishmed.
Thank you. I appreciate that. Also, dsquared, I was wondering, is there another venue where just a note or two can be passed between the likes of us w/o having to be in these teaser comments?
Hi fishmed,

Creative and funny, nicely done
The thing I find ironic about this puzzle and the whole US/foreign country knowledge issue is I am from Chicago, not overseas. I'm one of those "funny Americans"...
I think some of the fun of puzzles is using knowledge you have that other might not. I got this right away.
Enjoyed this a lot. Didn't get it right, but still loved it. Thanks for posting.
