I am sorry but 30 does not work, its factors equal 42.
So it would work. The object is for the factors to be greater than the number itself.
These are called "Abundant Numbers". Numbers whose factors (other than itsef) add up to less than itself are called "Deficient Numbers"( and numbers whose factors add up to exactly itself are called "perfect Numbers"(6).
