um... what is bread fruit? i think that crumb works much better.... its ok... it was still a really cute teaser.... i just didnt understand the bread fruit thing.
my sister was being stupid and didnt read the directions... so she came up with a whole different answer to your teaser. she thought it was: 1. Brake 2. Wead 3. Chess.

It was good except for the 1st one.I never heard of a bread fruit. I thought the answer was pan since I have been baking bread for years. I didn't think of crumb but that was a good answer!

I got bread fruit from 'Mutiny on the Bounty'..,I'm sure who eats it. It's not a supermarket item, even over here in the PRC where they eat most anything, as they say.

I had box for #1 breadbox and boxcake. I guess I am telling my age because mix cakes were called boxcakes before they became an everyday thing.

like most i've never heard of breadfruit..."list" would have also worked in #3 (listless, checklist) but i guess listless is more of a root-suffix not a compound word...anyways i'm rambling...good job!
