Except for the first row, the number on the left is the sum of all previous numbers in the left column plus the number from the immediately previous row of the right column. The number on the right simply increases by 7 with each new row.

One of my favorite fortes is in number scrunching. I will figure the values that fit and try to explain the reasoning behind them, afterwards!..lol Fantastic teaser!
This is a great teaser! I had the hardest time figuring out the numbers on the left! It appeared to be doubling, but the additional added to the doubled number wasn't computing.
Loved it!

umm, I think there is a mistake in your answer.
the number on the left is really the sum of "the numbers above it in it's column, and the number to the right of the number directly above it.
59 is the sum of 12 + 26 + 21.
I did submit a correction

Whoops, my mistake. Thanks for pointing that out though.
Very good math teaser.
Dear corrector,
The number on the left is the sum of all the numbers above it in the left column plus the previous row's right column entry.

Every number in the first column (except for 12 - 26) is the prior number times 2 plus 7. That's how I incorrectly got the right answer.
