Very tricky. It took me awhile, and the time was enjoyable.
I don't know if it was just the non-English names that threw me off or what but I kept thinking there must be a clue missing!
Then I finally figured it out and realized it was okay.

good teaser
This is a good teaser. Thanks.
It was a pretty good one! Took me awhile too, thanks.
I'm ashamed to say that I am unfamiliar with Mexican geography, and I thought I would have no chance of completing this one. On my first try, I was Googling all over the place, trying to understand the geography, and I was dissatisfied with the result, so I left it a few weeks, and tried again, telling myself that this was a logic puzzle, and I should be able to complete it using the clues alone. I did my usual trick and worked the clues from bottom to top (only with a second attempt, naturally ) and I got it right at the "first" attempt after only a couple of minutes.
So, thanks to the author of this puzzle, you have broadened my mind.
