Ha! This is so clever and original! I really liked this one. For some reason, the answer jumped out at me right away. I could easily see being stumped by this, however.
What a clever and original idea for a Rebus !!
WHERE did you get such an idea ??

From my + (the first 5 characters of this website). Thanks for your comments!
Actually my congrats was NOT for the Rebus, per se (although it was a sufficient one) but for your use of the '= = = >' to indicate 'progression'. That was the 'creative' part, I thought.
I had submitted a 'get the lead out' Rebus back in August (with a different mode to indicate the 'getting out') but it was rejected with the usual editorial ambiguity.
And I realized that because it was listed for 'review' that it might be seen by somebody else who would pick up the torch and make it work.
The congrats was for that .... if that's what you did.

That's not where I got the idea for this rebus. I wrote it last year and had it sitting with some other brain teasers I have written, but never submitted. I decided to submit it now, but that had nothing to do with your version. I didn't mean to "steal your thunder".
Cool teaser. I like chemistry jokes. Sadly, I submitted a teaser that so far, even after a whole week, has received no votes. My last teaser was a smash hit, and I'm excited to see what people think of my next one.
