Hint
There are a number of words you can find. What are they? One letter could be considered missing from the grid. What is it?
Answer
The grid contains the words for the numbers ONE through TEN. The words can be found by moving up, down, left, right, and diagonally through the grid. The E must be used twice in a row for THREE. Normally, word grids don't allow you to use the same letter twice in a row, so you could only spell THRE. Thus, the second E would be missing.
