Brain Teasers
So Many Roles
Many roles do I play,
some are great, some okay.
At times I conceal,
that which ought not to be seen.
But most times drown you, I may,
to a blissful slumber on a blue day.
Great skills I unveil,
and entertain you with many a tale.
I appear in many shapes, sizes or colours to the eye,
Can you guess truly, what am I?

Answer
CurtainA curtain provides visual separation in most situations.
Curtains are often hung on the inside of a building's window to block or obscure the travel of light, for instance at night to aid sleeping, or provide privacy by stopping people outside from being able to see inside.
Yet sometimes when people are depressed (blue), they shut the windows, draw curtains and stay in the dark, to sleep off their worries.
In a Broadway show, a drama theatre, or musicals, the curtain typically opens when the show begins and closes for substantial pauses in the performance.
When opened for such shows, a great number of talents are revealed, as well as some of the great epics, stories, and dramas (Shakespeare) are shown on the stage to entertain the viewers.
Curtains comes in a variety of colours and patterns and different materials and sizes such as in blinds and wooden shutters.
