who would be presedent if the original presedent had died.
the order goes: Veep (cheney), Speaker of the House (hastert), president pro tempore of the senate (byrd, WV), secretary of state (colin powell as prez?), treasury (o'neill), defense (rumsfeld), Atty General (ashcroft), etc...
