I suppose the snow is the shaving foam and the flood is the water rinsing the remains.
But it's not that clear until you know the answer.
Unfair really.
And anyway, a safety razor never killed anyone. A cut-throat yes, and just the blade, but not the razor itself.

I didn't get it until I saw the answer, but then it was one of those "Why didn't I think of that?" moments. Very good.
