What two words meaning "task" and "high temperature" respectively, are anagrams of each other?
Grammatically, this question asks for two words that are, independently, anagrams of "each other." The plural "are" refers to two individual words, which is fine, but "anagram" by definition, describes a word that is formed from the rearrangement of the letters of another word. Therefore, by using the plural "anagrams," the question asks for two individual anagrams, not two parts of one anagram. There is no hint that the two must be joined to become a combined anagram of "each other." In order to qualify as a trick question, I think this needs to be reworded. As is, there is insufficient information.

Definalely the best trick teaser on this site.
He may have been bullied, but Supernetz was right. Your answer should read - "they are both together AN anagram. . ."
A good one, well done.
Don't anagrams use all of the letters? Or am I krazy.
very nice, and very tricky ...
Very good - and fun - although it doesn't quite work. They are 'an' anagram of 'each other'. Still a worthwhile and tricky trick!
