4 Men stole 4 Cars during 4 different times in the same day. We know who committed the crimes. For everything else we have only uncovered 3 clues, so we are stumped to who is responsible for what. We need your help.
This is what we know:
1. Carleton did not steal the Ferarri Enzo.
2. Carleton stole his car immediately before Pierson did, who stole his immediately before the Pagini Zonda was stolen.
3. Reynold stole the Dodge Viper, but he was not first.
Who stole what, and when?

Answer
Reynold Stole the Dodge Viper (3).Carleton did not steal the Ferarri Enzo (1) or the Pagini Zonda (2), so it was the Shelby Cobra.
Pierson did not steal the Pagini Zonda (2). By elimination, Wilson stole the Pagini Zonda and Pierson stole the Ferarri Enzo.
The car that was stolen first was not the Ferrari Enzo (2), Pagini Zonda (2), Dodge Viper (3). By elimination it is the Shelby Cobra.
The car immediately after Carleton, the Ferrari Enzo, was stolen next (2), then the Pagini Zonda (2).
By elimination, the Dodge Viper was stolen last.
In summary:
Wilson - Pagini Zonda - 5:00 PM
Reynold - Dodge Viper - 11:00 PM
Carleton - Sheby Cobra - 6:00 AM
Pierson - Ferarri Enzo - NOON

GREAT TEASER!EASY THOUGH
Thanks! It was meant to be pretty easy. There is a certain aspect of it which makes it slightly tricky though.
Just wait for my next one. It is probably going to be the hardest one on the site.

That was too easy.
Glad to see that it got on. Congrats! Good job.
You really shouldn't be rating it that easy. 0.8 difficulty doesn't exactly rate the difficulty of getting the times.
If you truly think this was a piece of cake and a walk in the park, then you should have no problem with my next teaser (The Race - Part I).

That was a pretty good 1. Next time, use more groups.
I don't use the Logic Grid solver really, so when you were all saying how easy it was I spent a few minutes looking at the writing to see if the clues were there. Also had no idea where you got the name Wilson from, lol. Just would like all the info in the description next time.
The first sentence says there are 4 of each. The clues list 3 cars and 3 people, so if you are going to do it without the grid, you can still make up a 4th name and car.
And to the previous poster, I made less groups because I wanted to make a fairly simple teaser. Just wait, by next Sunday my new one will be up. It'll be a good challenge.

well done, this was a fun one.
I'm glad to see so many people are enjoying it as much as I did.
maybe im just stupid
i bairly got it i read threw it like 20 times and it was still hard

Thankyou. I find it annoying how so many people find it easy-peasy, when this should be one of the middle-difficulty puzzles of this site.
Not too difficult, but you do have to think carefully about the second clue to get the times. Very well done... especially with relatively few clues!
Good story and it was funny, but yes, it was rather easy, although I'm not the best judge as I'm pretty good at these. For example, I suck at math so those math ones you did are hard for me.
I agree with crabcat. I thought it was pretty hard. Its cool how you actually want input though im. too stupid to make up anything. Good One!
i don't get it!!
I liked it. It was cool.
i liked how this could be used like in real life do detectives do that? that would b kyool don't u think? i thought it was pretty ez though but it was real fun!!!
My full-blown analysis on how to solve has been corrected if anyone was having any difficulty with it.
This one was a great teaser, a bit of a challenge for so few groups and variables. And yes, your Great Race I is very tough. This teaser is a walk in the park compared to that one. Great job, Sane. Keep 'em coming.
A very nice tight teaser
Good one. I didn't think it was so easy. I actually just started guessing and figured it out. I'll stay away from The Great Race. Good job, Sane.
these r the only logic grids i can do so i thought it was perfect. i definintly have seen easier puzzles with a higher difficult rating
i like it, very easy and my last name was used in it ,which is Pierson btw
Great teaser. It was fun, but I have to agree, it was rather easy. I finished it less than 4 mins (but then I've been doing logic puzzles for 23 yrs). You do have to put some thought into it which is what makes it more fun than those that the answers are handed to you. I'll be looking for your other teasers!
This one was trickier than it seemed at first glance. I enjoyed it. Thanks a lot!
