In the memory component of your mentalrobics, you have a book sector with links to 2 books about memory. I'd like to suggest a 3rd book that is BY FAR the best book I've ever read about memory. It's called Memory: From Mind to Molecules (Larry R. Squire). It explains things like the neurobiology of memory, but in ways that people without education in it can understand.
Anyone else know any books about memory/neurology that they find far better than most?
I see the book you mentioned and the ones listed on the site are from the early 2000s. It would be interesting to find a book on the more recent research on memory like memory's relationship with sleep, for example.
I don't know any other books on memory, but I recently watched a TED lecture (youtube link) which explains a technique that many people who achieve great feats of memory use. I found it really interesting. I think it's called the Memory Palace or Method of loci. There are apparently a few books on it!
