It was quite a brisk morning in merry old London today. Mind you good sir not so brisk that one must wear his January jacket to the local market, but brisk enough that one need muster the courage to sip his tea a bit more aggresively than usual if he is to derive the pleasure of its warmth. Insulating myself within my walking garments I prepared myself for a long day in the streets of the austere old city, "Quite Dapper Old Boy" I noticed myself in the reflection glass which I passed on the way to the door.
Not far along my refreshing stroll I was interrupted in a not very delicate manner by the police constable Sir Spidleyboo. Looking rather flushed I urged the fellow to take a deep breath if he were so inclined. "Detective!" he stammered, I noticed he also noticed how Dapper I looked in these fine Autumn Proof garments "Come quickly..they found a body down near the harbor."
I hurredly followed the old chap as he raced along the cobblestoned way toward the harbor. "Quite Improper Sir, too make a man of my repute travel in such an undignified manner" Spidleyboo returned a rather bemused frown at my exasperations. "What do you make of that Detective".
I looked down at the docks to notice a young girl slumped over one of the gangplanks. "Hmmm college aged girl....a slew of pretentious sounding books in her hand.....did you know this girl Spidleyboo?" "Yes Detective...goes ...or sadly went by the name Kaching."
Now was not the time for my scathing witicism..but sometimes honor neccessitates action. "You can bet Ill be Kaching who did this" Spidleyboo was not, or at least did not appear to be amused, it was simply too soon for the poor chap. Time to interview the local hooligans and sea what they know, maybe they can tell me moor about what happened at the docks.

Spider, my dear boy, you are quite the raconteur! Indeed, one may say you would give Sir Arthur quite the run, if not for your cricketball-sharp wit.
Two noble citizens have not yet graced us with their presence: the divine miss Camillee (surprisingly) and the robust glowingredbob. One may feel them worthy of votes if, on approach to this round's conclusion, they remain absent.
Rest assured, over the course of the following four-score and sixteen hours, I shall deduce the full nature of this most mysterious of mysteries that has mysteriously mystified us, and all without the help of pretentious books.

I wanted to hear what others said first.
Anyway, I don't want to be shot, so joining the majority on Camilee

Switching my vote to give Camille a chance if she does come on before the end of the round...
Decided to go with bookworm... considering the way she played as the seer in our last game together, even if she is the seer again, I doubt she'd be much help.

Well Cami is the only one to have not voted if she doesn't get on before the end of the round, she should die
I'm here I'm here lol So why are we voting me again? Anyways I don't want to die as yet but I also don't want to majority on someone else who may deserve a fair chance as well I'm holding my vote until later for the above stated reason really

I'd advise against that... if you wait too long, the majority may end up staying on you...Now it gets interesting though... who's gonna be the sacrificial lamb this round?
At least this means we have an 100% active game!
I'll join the majority for cami, lets see what we get

I don't like how Glowingredbob waited before voting. Just a little suspicious, and enogh to,change my vote with 100% active players. Besides it puts us in a 3-3-3 tie, which sounds fun with a couple + hours left in the round.
I agree. No good reason to vote anyone at this point, so might as well.

Switched my vote to bookworm. Again, I don't want to be shot.

Also switching to bob to try and balance the votes a little more...
I mean no disrespect to bookworm, but I think bob could potentially offer more than she could later on in the game, so my vote stays.
Are these clans I see forming here?
Are these clans I see forming here?
A lot of voting activity for an opening round... switching to bookworm as bob has at least been around to try to save himself. I don't see his initial lack of voting as "suspicious" per se, not voting is a bad idea whether wolf or human so I don't think it's particularly indicative of role.

Smithwrights Diary, Day 1, Close
After shaking off my rather abrasvie encounter with Constable Spdileyboo, I was able to restore my self to a state of clarified sensibility. Square one would be the toughest part of this rather laborious affair. Rounding up the usual charcaters of ill repute, and congragulating myself on my fine use of the word raconteur, I began my investigation. I heard all manner of strange tale from each of them, yet each and everyone of them pointed in the direction of the Seer. A rival detective? How Scandalous! Yet the more I prodded the more antagonistic the lads got. Something wasnt adding up though. My cunning perception had led me on the trail of bookworm...what would a bookworm being down at the Harbor, with the library all the way on the other side of town. My suspicouns spread quite rapidly and although they were met with some contention, I was able to convince Constable SPidleyboo to arrest her. Back in the station I heard she is quite close to giving a full confession. Perhaps 4 score and 16 hours is a bit overbudgeted for a man of my expertise
