I checked in about 17 hours into the last round....had been busy up until then...and there was a vote for froggy sitting there! I thought I was a dead duck...I was trying to think what I could tell sapphire to get her to vote for froggy....glad I didn't have to write anything because I couldn't come up with anything good at all.
Great game all...zonahobo, you lasted about as long as you could have, I really was about to cast the deciding vote for you two rounds ago, right before you posted your "seer" comment.
Nice job everyone, and thanks dutchy for modding a great game!

Boy... you go back and see who the wolves go after... I ain't got a chance if I ain't a wolf!
I pretty much knew it was Menz as the last wolf, suspected Bo... but probably would not have voted for him until his little confession of not being a seer, so that to me was a mistake, and mk wasn't even on my list.
Ya done good Menz to get the duck to vote for froggy without much discussion. I knew as soon as you signed on it was either game over, or the duck was the last wolf!
When you Love someone, Love them with all your heart as you never know what can happen today!

Very good game! Had fun while I lasted
Made your bed, now lay in it....But you can always add a bedside table, change the sheets, take out the trash...it doesn't have to stay the same unless you want it to.

Good game. I knew menz was the last ghost but I didn't have a chance since sapphire just posted and voted with no chance of discussion whatsoever and even said some of the clues didn't relate to me. Not a good thing when only 3 people are left in the game. I think I could have convinced her had she even given the slightest chance for ANY discussion in the last round.
Congrats ghosts/wolves on a very sneaky and very well played game.
BTW, Bo I will be thinking of all kinds of fun ways to get you! Best be watching for a very sneaky and conniving frog!
SMILE and people will wonder what you are up to!

RGW, you accused me in round 1, so I let it go a round and then figured you had to be taken out before you recruited others to be suspicious of me! That's why you had to go early.....

You know in retrospec... I would like to give myself two points.
Now I did not know Menz and Mocha was a wolf and the seer... but they did seem to be playing a bit different.
Mocha was probably trying to figure out who to divine first (I see I was her second divine after Smeraldina.. but sadly a wasted divine beings I was eaten that round) and menz indeed was a wolf.
Menz, you were promoting that everyone needs to vote... I really think that is a wolf trait. It did make it easier for you to "vote" with the crowd and in the end, win the game... didn't it? See... I do not feel it is imperative everyone votes... wolves just need the votes to vote people out. I realize that people get voted out for not voting... but when I vote someone out because they did not vote, I am either a wolf or the person is basically inactive in discussions. Had you just toned down the voting thoughts... I probably would not have seen you in any lime light.

OK, I was a pretty dispicable wolf, but I felt the only chance in the end was to make it seem like I didn't really know who any of the wolves were. Sure it was desperation, and I know we pulled it out by the skin of our wolf teeth but a win is a win. I was on the verge of being fired and I figured even one more human and a bit of dust from claiming I was human but not the seer in the next round might give us another round. I stayed neutral with Froggy in the hopes that it might figure into the last gasp end-game.
So, yes I was jumping through a lot of hoops, but I figured as soon as write-away was revealed as a human an even bigger whopper was needed since I was sure to be shot. I felt the only hope we had was for Daffidd to be eaten and for Saphire to decide Froggy was my co-ghost. I wouldn't have bet on our chances, but I sure am glad Menz was on the same wavelength with eating Daffidd.
Mocha, sorrry. I really thought Bradon was the seer and no one would dispute my seer claims. With the clues and reavealing who was shot every round, it is very difficult to win as a wolf. I gave Dutchy facts and he pretty much used them as I gave them out. Yes, as Dina guessed, Zonarita collects angels. They are all over our house and we have a couple large ones in our yard. I was nameed Barbara Clarice until I was born. The doctor called me a lazy boy because my heart beat was slow for a boy. No such thing as ultrasound back then.
I think we made it a bit tougher on ourselves with some clues that were male oriented and we ate most our male suspects. We still pulled it out, but in hindsight, it might have been a bit easier with a few more males in the game at the end as suspects I think.
I figured I needed to do all I could to help the "team" I was on. I really don't like the wolf role because of the apologies at the end.
This was down to the wire. I think humans and wolves were as close to a tie as you can get in a game. Now I think I am going to get paybacks from a couple players (in good fun I hope).
I have traveled thousands of miles from the place of my birth and the reason you couldn't pay me to return is because I already have returned.
I did give Dutchy a joke clue that I asked him not to use because it would be too devious. Yes, some things are even too devious for me as a wolf. I told him I was a single child. I did not get married until I was an adult!

I was going to post a quick explaination of you clues based on what you told me and a little more info, but as I had seen Sapphire had voted for Froggy, the game was all but over, As soon as Menz (the third ghost) came on and saw it, it was obvious he'd vote Froggy too, to claim himself a victory!
I was almost hoping that the humans might just scrape a victory, but it was not to be.
Well as my first game modding I think I did OK. the clues must have been a decent balance, as it did go right yo the wire!
Just in Case you didn't get the full line up of who's who:
Menz - poltergeist
Zonahobo - Grey Lady
mrkforever - Headless Horseman
Mocha - Psychic (seer)
Well played all, I did enjoy modding more than I thought I would, though it is a bit infuriating when you see a line of conversation going the completely wrong way and setting up some poor innocent, I just want to scream at the computer screen.

You're right Dutchy. I enjoyed the storylines you wrote and I think the wolves and humans were just about even in this game. Some games, not a single wolf is shot. At least the humans had my hide up on a fence alonside mrkforever's.

Your right, I think if you had been shot in the round before, and Mocha was still in the game, then Menz may have been shot in the next round, as Mocha was on to him, then we may have had a rare human victory but as it was it was close, nail biting stuff for me.
Wow. Bo, you are in soooooo much trouble. As I told Rita in a PM, its a darn good thing there are two computer screens and a bunch of wiring between you and I because I was definitely wanting to throw things at you.... YOU!!! SEER! HA! When I read that, I cracked up, but then I had to figure out how to discredit you without outing myself. I had already divined you at that point, so that is why I was 100% certain of your wolf status. You going after Dina (who I had divined round 1) also clued me on to you.
So, I don't think many of you knew this (I think only Dina knew), but mrkforever is my boyfriend. I decided early on I didn't need to divine K, because any clues should obviously point to him with how I know him in RL. What was so funny to me was that it wasn't his facts that pointed to him but how he was playing. I was quite pleased when I found out that yes, indeed, he was a wolf. Looking back on it now, he fits ALL the clues about him, and I should have seen it. :/ But such is life.
This next part is quoted from a PM I sent to Dina during the game (to which, of course, she did not respond)
When I made my post at the end of that round, I was trying to let everyone knew what I knew if I was eaten, that menz and froggy were the only two that I didn't know about. I was still trying to not name humans to protect both them and myself. By the end of that round, I was more suspicious of froggy than menz, so she's the one I ended up divining, but then was eaten.
Great game, everyone. I enjoyed it very much. I'm sorry I didn't do more for you as seer. I really didn't know how to convince you Bo was not the seer though. Yes, Bo, you have it coming. And, for the record, what did I say about Bo lying? Let us remember this for next time. Even upright and honorable people lie in werewolf.

Well, I then was curious about Daffidd, with how quiet he was, but then, he's played his last few games quiet as well, and so this really isn't much of a difference. I was pleased to find out that he was human. Unfortunately, as Bo pointed out, K did cause a majority for sunrose while there were 3 other people tied, Bo, AM, AND Daffidd. So I was hoping people didn't see that while I was using that logic to go for either AM or Bo. Next, I wanted to divine one of our inactives, I was thinking writer, but then Bo started acting rather fishy, and I had a feeling he would manage to slip out of a vote the next round unless someone presented some condemning evidence against him. I switched, at the last minute. Sure enough, Bo was a wolf.
Now, this round, I tried to play it cool, make it obvious I was still suspicious of him, but trying not to be obvious that I knew (seer's paradox, ja?). I was rather hoping AM would end up a wolf, so I could just say hey, I'm seer, Bo's the only one left, and I know he's a wolf, but no such luck. He responded to my accusation exactly as I thought he would, pointing out Daffidd and turning to Writer, the person who seems to obviously fit the fighting clue. Unfortunately I was also thinking Writer, and this puts me in a pickle. Would Bo point to a wolf as being a wolf? I'm really not sure. I know Daffidd is clear, so he's pointing to a human there, but Writer I'm not sure. Currently I'm going to divine menz. He's got a good head on him, and I'd like to know if he is with me or against me. I'm pretty confidant that froggy is on my side. Then, this morning, I wake up to see Bo proclaiming himself as seer, and I'm thinking, wow, this really is Josh in Bo's clothing. Unfortunately, Bo hasn't offed the seer yet, and I know better, but I can't come out and say so for fear of my own neck being on the line tonight. The good news about this is Bo hasn't picked up that I am the seer.

Though to be fair Mocha, 'Bo didn't actually say he was the seer, only "if I was to tell you....", so technically he didn't lie, he just misled, which is the name of the game so you can't really fault him for trying. (look at me sticking up for a wolf
Great game! I was positive that zonahobo was a wolf, so it was probably a good thing that I got eaten when I did. Then again, I also suspected froggy because she was agreeing with zonahobo a lot, so menz would probably have skated by me.
That was fun. I enjoyed following the game after I was out.
But, Dutchy, as froggy pointed out to me later, Bo did say that he had divined Daffidd.

I don't harbor any reservation about being deceitful, even lieing, during the game posting when I am a wolf. I think that is expected of the wolves who try to deceive the humans. I did say I "checked" Daffid out. Wolves get to check everybody out. The only thing they don't know is who the seer is.
I think wolves are not allowed to give false clues about themselves or lie when they get a question from the moderator as part of the clues in the game, but during play, all bets are off as far as wolf play is concerned. Some may try to avoid a complete lie during play as a wolf as a higher personal challenge, but the fact they are acting as a human in the game, giving false reasons and false suspicion information is pretty much a lie in my book. Wolf play is all about the big lie to the humans as you try to manipulate the game to the wolf's favor.
Frankly, lies and deceit to win the game is pretty much the expected behavior as far as I have been able to observe for wolves. I hope that really isn't a problem with anyone who plays TWG. These games are all play acting and in the play, wolves can not be trusted.
I don't think it reflects any real life standards a person lives by.

I gave up trying to not lie during the game a long time ago... it just points you out too quickly. It is said often enough... it is only a game and not real life.
