Walking in the Rain
Four people got out of a car and went into a hotel that was across the parking lot. It was pouring rain and none of them had anything to protect themselves from the rain with, yet only three of them were soaked by the rain. Can you explain this?
Answer
One of the people was a pregnant woman. Her unborn baby was not touched by the rain.Hide Answer Show Answer

Good one x
That was a clever puzzle, but I don't think an unborn baby counts as a person!
I'm OK with the baby as a person - but I don't think you'd say the baby "got out of" the car. Maybe that's being picky ... I enjoyed the teaser; thanks!
Let's not get into the is an unborn baby a person debate. lol
I enjoyed this teaser when I reviewed it and still think it is pretty clever.

I thought that 3 people covered a person. Good one! I didn't get it, of course. But hey, you learn something new every day!
I Was Really Thinking Like Dang , How Didn't One Of Them Get Wet , But Haha .. The Answer Had Me Like -_- .
An unborn baby is not a person, it's a fetus, so this is not correct. But still clever.
I thought that one of the people had a change of clothes.

huh, unborn babies. good one!
I was thinking the parking lot was covered, but 3 of them went out for a smoke.

To SneakAttack... in the US, an unborn fetus is considered a human being and you can be found guilty of killing a human being if you do harm to a pregnant person and her fetus dies. However, I am not sure the fetus actually got itself out of the car... but that is a mute point. : )
that doesnt make sense because the pregnant women would of got soaked too so that would make FOUR
I thought one of them was running into the hotel and only got a little wet.
Wait a minute ... the teaser stated that none of the people were protected from the rain. Clearly this is not the case. The baby was protected from the rain in the tummy of the mom. I give this teaser a FAIL for contradiction.
good point
