| There are many teasers that involve the number of letters in numbers, so this one isn't exactly original. Though, with the repeating numbers in the pattern, it's pretty easy to not think along the right path. |

| As long as it's explained reasonably, anything could be said to be the next 3 in the series. For example, perhaps the series is alternating between the two separate series "3, 4, 5" repeated and "33, 44, 55" repeated, so the next 3 numbers would be "3, 3, 5". |
