Hint
The pattern loops at the end.Answer
The complete pattern is:8-1-9-0-9-9-8-7-5-2-7-9-6-5-1-6-7-3-0-3-3-6-9-5-4-9-3-2-5-7-2-9-1-0-1-1-2-3-5-8-3-1-4-5-9-4-3-7-0-7-7-4-1-5-6-1-7-8-5-3.
At the end you go back to the beginning. To get a number in this pattern, add the two before it and list down whatever is the one's digit. This will always loop no matter what two numbers you start with.

well the header to the series starts with '8' so...that gives a clue to start off as a hint...
oops
lol
I don't get how this one works? It says in the answer "To get a number in this pattern, add the two before it and list down whatever is the one's digit." so in that case when did 1+9=0 ? or 9+9=8?...what exaclty is meant by "The one's digit"? should be made clearer.
Mad-ade, one's digit means units digit. So 1+ 9 = 10, which has 0 in the unit's digit and so on.
