Kids films (and books) are MADE by adults after all, so they're a perfectly valid form of adult entertainment. Frankly, I think they're generally better and cleverer than so-called adult films. But I'm getting off the point. VERY CLEVER TEASER. It's nice to have one occasionally that I can solve. Well done.

EVOLNI Sep 27, 2005	OK see msot peolpe olny look at the frist and lsat leettrs of wrods if you are raednig it fsat eougnh you will not catch tihs unitl you re-raed this entrie exmpale. i got this in a chain e-mail once. The reason you missed the H and it was hard for most people is because ur brain only looks at the first and last letter of a word. so in this example above u should be able to read it but see the errors in it as u look back

Your brain wouldn't mistake the words "patle" (plate) and "pnohe" (phone) in context because it does, in fact, recognize the middle letters -- it just doesn't need them to quickly interpret the meaning of the word given the context of the sentence. I contend that those who missed the H in "frigtened" just can't spell, or are at least slightly below average at pattern recognition. These are the same people who spell the contraction for "you are" as "your." (See examples above...)
