| Must be just me. I didn't find it easy. I've heard that statement (I think) but didn't realize it was a famous quote. Anyone know who is credited with saying it? Thanks for posting. |

| I think it's just an old saying, author unknown. But the way I've always heard it is "Take care of the pennies and the pounds [English money] will take care of themselves." Either way, the thrust is the same: take care of the small stuff and the big stuff will come out all right. |

| Algebra:pre-algebra::most teasers:this one.
In other words, it wasn't much of a challenge; just remove the first A, then the first B that followed it, then the next C, etc.
Well, I enjoyed it anyway! |

| I'm perfectly happy with easy-peasy!
I'd heard it ...AND the hours....rather than ... FOR the hours.... changing the meaning, 'and' makes more sense. |

| I like quotations and that is a good one! I agree with Wordmama - the word "and" is correct! It's lovely and sunny here and it should be a great weekend. Hope it is for KIPA and ASICT and everyone else, too! |
