You really need to know about money to get this one.
Alexander Hamilton was not a president, either. He was first Sec. of Treasury. Therefore, Javian's answer is correct.
Have to get a list of US Presidents, states and their capitals, et c.
I opted for GB since all the others have first initial and second initial following in alphabetic order except for GB since B comes before G, nice to be right if even for the worng reasons. Still a good one
