I got the answer but I think the wording is a little confusing. Originally I thought I was looking for a single word that could have two different (opposite) meanings as opposed to two distinct words that both come from 3;*(. Just my $0.02.

Well "Harm" and "care" are really very good opposites, but when I found them I figured they were probably the answer, and didn't bother looking further.
