That's Gonna Hit The Bottom Line II
Letter Equations are well known phrases or facts where the key words have been replaced with the first letter of that word. These are often in the form of an equation, which contain a number, an = sign and the rest of the obscured phrase or fact.
2 = C on a S
2 = Chelicerae on a Spider.
Chelicerae are modified fangs on the spiders cephalothorax. They are sometimes hollow to allow the spider to inject venom into prey.

|This is ridiculously arbitrary. There's nothing about the teaser that would suggest the answer. NOBODY will solve this because there's no context provided to even hint at the arbitrary nature of the question. The editors were asleep at the switch the day this got approved. |
