According to the Fossil Hominids FAQ at talkorigins.org, only 40% of Lucy was actually found.
My world history textbook says the whole thing, I usually take textbooks for fact...

Textbooks are notoriously inaccurate. Especially those destined for minors.

Myt 7th grade life science textbook shows a picture of it and it's nowhere near complete.
Heh, trusting education is never a good idea. Too many ulterior motives, not enough incentive towards honesty and accuracy. You were most likely given that textbook because it was the cheapest.
Having said that... it was a good little puzzle, although I didn't have a hope in hell of getting it ;P
