I know this is a British based teaser, but please don't rate it down because of it. There are many more American based teasers that do not apply to the rest of the world, but I don't personally rate them down because of it, so please think about the teaser itself, not the location it's based in.
Thanks

haha i thought it was speedlimit on a boat-moat! nice job from the US!
Learned something!!
SINCE WHEN DOES A "BRITISH" MOTORWAY HAVE IT'S SPEED LIMIT(S) IN MILES PER HOUR?
The British have always used MPH.
It's the rest of Europe that uses KM/H

Well, that SL doesn't apply in all states of the USA! I got a $75 ticket a few hours ago from a maddningly polite Illinois Highway Patrolman who said I was doing 85 when the SL was 65 (on Interstate 70!). My hybrid is steady and saves gas, but can barely go the 70 that's the SL in most states, and can't even think of doing 85! He said I could appear in court (in Illinois!) if I wanted to plead not guilty, but other wise I had to pay it!
