The biggest size of dwarf fruit trees I could get was four feet tall, and they were bare root. They're growing well now and they were easy to carry to the planting site...so I thought it was a tree for the garden or the landscape.
Good one, Marple! I wondered if it might be a portable lava'tree' Bonsai is simpler.
Really small tree, maybe. I'm guessing either Bonsai tree or Joshua tree.
It would be easier still if he were just riding in a car with a young tree in his lap. I have done this so many times on the way home from the greenhouse.
Cute one. It was the answer I came up with, much to my surprise. I like these trick teasers. Thanks for posting.
I'd classify this as a situation more than a trick. In either type, I like the intuitive leap that is required to solve the puzzle. This one does not seem to require such a leap. You actually just need to take it all literally. He said we was tired from a five mile walk carrying a tree. The solution is he was tired from a five mile walk carrying a tree.
