Alrite alrite, i know i submitted it but i don't get my teaser! How is it a trick? I put it in Other because i thought there's a real shortstop in real baseball between second and third. Can someone explain?
I got it,or should i say understood the answer!! there is a player in a baseball team called a "shortstop". I'm reading this in England ,so it's a good job i like to watch baseball.
Funny , but it doesnt really make sense, because in baseball the shortstop plays behind the baseline between 2nd and third, therefore it wouldnt affect the speed of the runner. If the shortstop did interfere it would be called interference and the runner would advance an extra base
c'mon, man, it's a joke...
If you don't get the answer, rephrase it: "There's a short stop in the middle."
It's a pun (which is why it fits in Trick!)

I live in da uk so i don't watch baseball and there-4 had noooooo idea what u r all on about!
Am I the only one who lives in the US
?
?
Wouldn't the real answer be Home to First since you'd be starting from a standstill, and all the others you'd start from on a run? (weak joke by the way)
Yes!
i think my guess was better. home to 1st becasue i thought it was ur real home. good joke tho
I live in the US but I don't watch baseball and therefore am COMPLETELY lost!
Since it was in trick catagory i thought it was home. Plus i thought there wasn't supposed to be jokes.
It's a trick because it's a trick question. "Which is the longest?" yet none are, hence the TRICK. My work here is done....
Looking at the comments it seems like the answer has been changed. I've heard the joke about the shortstop, which is kind of funny, but now it just says they are all equal?!? What's the trick about that?
I changed the answer. Before, it was a joke. Now, it isn't!
What was the answer before?
boring
Way too easy......don't understand all the talk about shortstops (if you're tagged out, you're out). I also thought, since it was "trick," that the answer was from third to home, because that was the last leg you could possibly run in succession.
I haven't played any baseball but if you notice after a player got a hit and going for 2 bases, that the player cannot turn immediately after going to the 1st base because of his momentum. So he is going in a somewhat curved line. So that wouldn't be 90 feet!
Wha? Not really trick; I think it was corrected from a trick.
