You spelled the name of the lake wrong. It's "Loch Ness" not "Lock Ness". Still, very good teaser.
Does Loch Ness freeze over in Winter? I thought it was part of a canal system open to the sea.

At first I thought it should belong in the Riddle category,but then I read closer,saw the answer and realized it's in the correct one.
i'm curious as to why he's fearing the loch ness monster if the lake is frozen over (if it's frozen over enough to skate on the monster should be unable to break through, and if the ice is that flimsy that the monster can break through, what's he doing skating on it?)
I liked the way the hint was written.The 'hath he' just made my day.
