Quizmasters?
I just saw a quiz published that had multiple grammar issues. I reported it, but it occurred to me that if there were no quizmasters to proofread this quiz, who would oversee the corrections?
The current system for becoming a quizmaster is no longer adequate since there are not enough people on this site to have "elections" for quizmaster. I would hate to see the quality of quizzes drop due to lack of people available to proofread and approve quizzes.

This is a good point, whov.
Even if there were 2 qualified applicants to trigger an election, there would be only 1 new quizmaster. More active quizmasters are needed.
I'm not sure a discussion in this forum/thread will lead to any changes, though.

I agree that quizmasters needs to be more accessible like it was in the early days of Braingle!!
My name is Galaxy: please use they/them pronouns for me! (Disclaimer: sometimes I use fourth person when only talking about myself. Sorry for any confusion!)

Also I'm confused the difference between an editor and a quizmaster????? I can't find any clarification on how to become an editor as well??? But that's one of the requirements for quizmaster?

Editors work with Brain Teasers. There is no requirement to be an editor in order to be a Quizmaster.
You can find the requirements to be an editor in the FAQ.
