Yeah, and consistently logging in will especially help. The fastest way to gain karma I've found is submitting a teaser (which requires 250 points), and simply behaving well in the Public Forums.

Yeah the way I got my second one, was after one of my quizzes was accepted!!!
Making quizzes is also a good way to get points!
