Welcome to my Wiki: My user name is Bradon182001, but I want you to call me Bobbi because that is my name. I chose my user name back in the day when I had no clue what a user name even was and I'm stuck with it. I'll explain what it means: B is for Bobbi Rad is the first 3 letters of my last name on182001 have absolutely no meaning other than fill because when I was entering my user name, I was instructed to use numbers as well as letters, so that's what I did. Dumb, right? I am kind of a late comer to the computer age- Oh, I always worked with a computer but not the internet. Strictly an in-house network. When my husband and I closed our business and I had to find work elsewhere for the first time in 40 years, I decided to get a home computer. That was in 2002. I'm still learning about how to use the computer. Actually, I usually learn one or two new things every day or so. About me: I am married to the same man for 43 years. We ran a collection agency for 24 years together before we were forced out of business by competition from big agencies from Buffalo and Rochester, NY. Since then I have worked in the collections department of a local Hospital (in fact I was the collection department.) From there I went to work in a Doctor's office for a year, and then for a PT clinic for 3 years. I was laid off from the clinic in April, and am now more or less retired. I am starting to get bored being at home all day, so I am going to look for something to do. I may volunteer at the SPCA or at the Library depending on what I find. We have two grown sons and they both live nearby. I have one Grandson and 1 Step Grandson. My Grandson is 9 years old and my Step Grandson is 19. I am very proud of both of them. I love animals, especially dogs I love kids, especially my grandson I love to read, especially mysteries or anything Stephen King. I love to spend time on Braingle (too much time I think) I love baseball, especially the Boston Red Sox I love music, especially Country (Anything Toby Keith) but, I absolutely adore Rod Stewart and have every album he has ever recorded. I am sure there are many more things about me that I'd like to explain, and I will as I think of them. I have put this much in words after many and continuous reminders from three Braingle Buddies. So, here's to you guys: Gum, Lucky and Shady. Now, will you get off my back for a while? (and I am smiling as I say that girls.)
