You made several mistakes.
Laryingitis does not silence one, it merely makes them quiet.
"Let" is not the same as "commence". To commence is to begin. To let it snow is to make snowing able.
To envision is usually to not physically see something, instead, it means that they had a "vision".
A broadcast is not the same as telling something. |

| I, too, agree with randomroachie. I'd say that sure is a lot of mistakes for one teaser. Also did not realize "Go Tell it on the Mountain" is a Christmas song.

You can go to each category of teasers and there are new ones posted there frequently. So, when and if it makes it to the "daily teaser", there may or may not already be comments. Look on the sidebar to the left when you are under the brain teasers tab and you will see a list of all the different categories. Click on a category and then you will see what I am talking about. You can rate these teasers and comment on them just like the daily ones.

| Amazing, I was all for not criticizing any of this teaser before. This time, while I still like it, I think: why is it that when there are definitely some corrections that could be made, are they never made once a teaser is accepted? It would only make it a better teaser to change a few of the words, like "commence" instead of "permit", "allow", etc.
I think the bonus is funny, but I'm not really sure why it's TWO psychiatrists? And "apartment" isn't the best hint for "suite", in my VERY HUMBLE opinion! That's all, sorry that I'm a poopoo person this time, but thanks for the fun teaser, its still overall great fun! :D |

| Personally, I didn't appreciate the bonus one, but I got all the others correct, even though I did not know the 'ships' song--I just 'translated'.
I agree with those who encourage 'lightening up'. No one is perfect, and it's not the end of the world if wording isn't perfect; let's just try to go with the flow and move on. :wink: |

| Sorry but the bonus was especially badly written. With the rest you could muddle through the mistakes but the bonus was more than a reach of wordplay. |
