A Chase?
Many 'Situation Puzzles' are not designed to be answered by themselves. The idea is for one person to know the answer and other people in a group to try and guess it using yes or no questions. The first person to get the answer is the winner.
There ran Patrick, on Independence Avenue, at 10:00 A.M. There were 2 men behind him, trying to maintain a pace, and at the same time, trying to close in on him. There were people nearby, but the people just stood there and watched. Patrick could see several people and a long white flag ahead, about 200 yards away.
