I missed the last two - never heard of Xena and forgot that Pluto sometimes goes inside Neptune's path.
Why did you skip Jupiter?
i skipped it because it is a question in another quiz and the quizmasters made me change it.I had no choice
They were doing their job though so i won't say it was the wrong thing to do ![]()
Thanks for your opinions, not my best quiz but still a good one ![]()
THERE ISN'T A DWARF PLANET NAMED XENA!
THE DWARF PLANETS ARE:
1)CERES
2)PLUTO
3)HAUMEA
4)MAKEMAKE
5)ERIS
DO ANY OF THEM START WITH X? NO!!
Eris was once known as planet X, but it was named eris. It has never been known as Xena.
Nice Quiz. missed a couple though. On this dwarf planet it was known as Xena.
"ScienceDaily (Sep. 15, 2006) — The International Astronomical Union (IAU) has announced that the dwarf planet known as Xena since its 2005 discovery has been named Eris, after the Greek goddess of discord."
i remember the order of the planets by
my very educated mom just seved us noodles
Seved?!? I think you mean Served.
Great Quiz!
In Australia weve always called it Xena, and the others are pluto and Ceres.
I've never heard of Haumea, Makemake and Eris.

Some facts you should know:
Ceres was once classified as the largest asteroid.
Planet X was the informal name for missing planet said to distort the orbit of neptune (when they found pluto they decided it was too small.
And yeah, i dind't know about any dwarf planets except for pluto and xena (aka. eris) until I read a book that mentioned eris and ceres. since they didn't say Xena but eris (which is bigger than pluto) instead, and i knew xena was bigger than pluto as well, i just assumed it was renamed eris. lucky guess, huh?

Tricky that the "fifth" was skipped - but otherwise pretty unimaginative. Sorry.
