I liked this one a lot and would like more like this!
Maybe I should have spent more time doing it - I only got one.
I still liked it - thanks!

Hello Auntie Sis!!
wow.. that was hard!! i got AWE and thought it has to be that, but the word didnt work.. mmm my brain just couldnt comprehend these today.. :/
Got 2, just can't get my brain awake. Great teaser!!!!
Great teaser! Could only get the first one.
I got speeding by myself, 3 & 4 with the hint; I got awed by myself but couldn't get the resulting string of letters to make something I could recognize as a word!
(And special congrats to the teaser's creator: doehead responded in a, for doehead, positive manner!! Keep up the good work, doehead!)

Sorry, that was a "positive manner" for anyone!!!
Got two...got the third with the hint but couldn't get sidewall even with the hint! Great teaser!
Got #1 on my own, needed hints for #2 & #4, & couldn't get #3 even with the hint. Challenging and fun. Maybe if I'd had more coffee I could have done better. Glad to see that doehead liked this one.
What can I say? I didn't know that I was so popular. But please remember-I always tell the truth on how I feel about the published teasers.
Without the hint I got 2 of them, and with the hint I got 1 more. Great teaser, not too easy, not too hard.
Hi Gayle.
Hi Gayle.
This was hard. Excellent teaser, thanks for posting.
I was totally confused on this one and gave up!
Not my cup-o-tea. Maybe I should try these later in the day.
I give this one a thumbs up. I wish I was popular like DOEHEAD. Oh well, maybe someday.
clue for "drag " is TERRIBLE "and can mean artt, Pull or tow with force is fair. draw with force blows, big time
"pull" and "draw" are synonyms. The clue for #3 used to be "pull with force" but it was changed because then "draw" is a possible answer (reWARDed). I agree that using draw makes it more challenging because the "pull" meaning isn't the first that comes to mind, but it is still accurate.
The first 2 were easy. But --
For "draw with force" - I came up with "etch" or "suck" - neither of which worked, of course.
Instead of "span", I was trying to use "cover" - again it wouldn't work. I finally gave up without using the hint. I still like the teasers - sometimes my brain cooperates - and sometimes it doesn't!

Well, I did better in 2016 and got two of them, but the last two I could not find words for. I think those two clues were a bit confusing. Drag is a strange word for :to draw with force." Hmmm!
Managed to solve them without any hints, despite the confusing double meaning clues?
Didn't love it. Maybe because I just found it too difficult, but I also think the clues and meanings were a bit of a stretch, even in the hints.
