how is h hiding in hell? it is the first letter so its kinda right there in the open

I agreed with dgoertz - the clue about hell makes no sense. I suggest a better answer would be the word "air" - think about it! (Certainly there is little air in hell with all the fire!!)

I think the part about hell is a reference to the fact that the "h" in hell is pronounced softly by most people

I was think u could be like "I started hell" becuz people would be like "oh its God...or oh its the devil" ya know? they might get thrown off by that so maybe u could do that...
