Without the hint I kept thnking about ants, but then I peeked at the hint and then started anagramming bees, then it hit me - HORNETS! Very good teaser, I thoroughly enjoyed this one - it kept me guessing.

All you people who complain you don't know the meaning of a word, have you ever heard of a dictionary? And on the web you can do it so easily. Go to Google and enter define:anagram.

I would have been faster at figuring it out if I had known exactly what a anagram was. Great teaser though.

I'm just a bit surprised so many people who must like puzzles (as they use this site) didn't know what an anagram was. And then, not knowing, didn't think to look it up in a dictionary.
