Fun! But Clues 1 and 5 are unnecessary. You can do it all with 2-4.
Clues 3 and 4 tell you that @ is immediately to Beethoven's left and & is somewhere left of that, which means B can only fit in Room 3 or 4. Clue 2 tells us B can't be in Room 3, since B is immediately to the right of @, so that just leaves Room 4 for B. Now we know the symbols for the first three doors, so of course we know the fourth too.
If you just use the middle three clues, it's really elegant! I like the way you say Beethoven is "one room to the right" of @, but that & is "to the left of Beethoven" -- makes it much tougher to see the relationship in your head.

It picked itself to pieces too early, and i got it very quickly, but i liked it.
I actually was able to solve this one.
Not much of a challenge, but, lots of fun.
Keep 'em coming, my son & I like to work on these together.

But if Beethoven is in the forth room #, this contradicts with the 4th clue that the & room is to the left or the room in with Beethoven is. Or to the left doesn't mean that the door is exactly the next door to the left? Which contradicts with the 3rd clue - that Beethoven is in the room to the right of the @ room where it's ment the exactly next room on the right. Or I'm missing something obvious?
