ill admit, i used an anagram server, and was typing in random words and it came up. I wasnt sure if it was a word, either, but they said it was, so i went with it. they also gave me "irred" but i didnt know what that meant, and couldnt find it when i looked it up, so i didnt use it
Very Clever. I could not get it even with answer, but is was a Good one,
Good teaser....
and irred means to have angered...oh well enough from me......great fun

i don't think either direr or irred is a word
if something becomes more dire, then it becomes more dire (it's like worse, if something becomes more worse, it's more worse, it's not worser) and irr isn't a word, so irred can't be (the one you're thinking of might be ire (which is anger) or err (which is to make a mistake)
