Operation: Weather-Ectomy
Language brain teasers are those that involve the English language. You need to think about and manipulate words and letters.
Six words have had their weather terms removed. The weather terms have been placed into Group A. The remaining letters of each word have been placed into Group B. Your task is to reconstitute the words by merging each weather term with the proper set of letters. Other than merging the two groups together, there is no rearranging of the letters. Example: sand + pne = spanned (SpANneD).
Group A: cloud, hail, rain, sleet, storm, wind
Group B: arngg, astba, atage, bevora, diabmn, higa
Answer
cloud + atage = catalogued (CataLOgUeD)
hail + bevora = behavioral (beHAvIoraL)
rain + arngg = arranging (aRrAngINg)
sleet + diabmn = disablement (diSabLEmEnT)
storm + higa = histogram (hiSTOgRaM)
wind + astba = waistband (WaIstbaND)

| Liked this one alot, but must admit, after figuring a few out, I got lazy. Wish they had a logic grid type scratchpad so I wouldn't have to use pencil and paper. |

| Oh boy, this one was absolutely faaaaannn-shmabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wish there were higher ratings to choose from, 'cause, IMHO, this one surely deserves a 21-thumbs-up!!!
(of course, the fact that I was only able to figure out 3 of 'em is beside the point)
Please oh please oh please keep crankin' some more of these out!?!?! |

| Like person above I had to look at answer to 1st one before I ofollowed the approach. Then got the rest of them when I realized things did have to be fully integrated but stayed in same order - first though you had to keep each element totally tother but insert someplace . When that didn't work went to other extreme and just mixed up all the letters - Anyway GREAT PUZZLE - maybe just a little clarification would have been nice. |

| I came up with coagulated instead of catalogued for cloud + atage. You might want to add that to the answers as a possibility. |
