Every one hundred years
as the song has it,
I appear but for one day,
one special day,
where the heather grows.

One could stay
but none could leave
less the miracle would be broken.

What am I?

I don't know why I remembered it but I had it from the I appear once every hundred years. This film to me was a wonderful as Wizard of OZ but I never dreamed I would see it in a teaser. Great job!

Years ago, in German class, I read a story called 'Germelshausen' and later heard it had been the basis for 'Brigadoon.' I don't know if that is eally true, but someone's theory. The stories are similar, but the location is different.
