I like this series of teasers, but I don't like the example provided. Can't the example be changed such that it does not include violence? Otherwise, good job.
I am going to be the only dumb one on this one, as it was way over my head, so did not get it at all.
Sorry. It was nice to have a new one though!

ThinksForFun, what, exactly, as you see it, is the problem with answers that reference violence? Talk about Pollyanna-ish PC gone unreasonably wild. And now, to pick some nits, to wit: 1) A ghoul is not a ghost, but an nightmarish imaginary creature that eats dead bodies; 2) in underworld slang, a heist is a robbery, usually of something other than a private residence (which would be a burglary), like a bank or museum, that often involves direct contact with the victim(s), and the use of firearms, whereas a burglary usually implies that a private home has been broken into and items stolen while the home's residents are away; if the residents are at home and the burglars have contact with them, the burglary becomes a robbery, a more serious felony.
well done!

Very fun and entertaining teaser; took a little while but I got them all; I love anagram puzzles. Nice to see a new teaser for the daily teaser and hope to see a sequel soon.
I agree with everything Mr Bill said! I love anagrams, too. It took a while, but I like a challenge and got them all. More of these, please! and thanks!!
one more... Raisin, I think lucasiwicz DOES have a hobby - explaining things. I found it interesting. It may have been lengthy, but it was informative and not critical!
Lighthouse was the hardest. I had to use Notepad to remove letters from what I thought one of the words would be, and if the remaining letters fit, I knew it was the answer.
I did manage to solve all of them, despite lighthouse definition( heist - not a burglary, ghoul - not a ghost ) ?
Enjoyed the rest though, thanks!

Great one! Got them all, after a bit of effort, especially on lighthouse. I partially disagree with the previous comment, though. A heist is a burglary although somewhat of a point on a ghoul not being a ghost.
Fun, easy and entertaining teaser; I got them all again just like the last time I tried this teaser. Just as fun and enjoyable to work the second time around.
This whole series is wonderful. I would not call any in the series "easy", but all are solvable. They are very often clever and fun. Very happy to see this as a Daily Teaser!
Okay, but with the following quibble: technically, a ghoul is not a ghost, but an evil entity that robs graves and feeds on the corpses therein to be found.
