All of Our Time.
I take up most of people's time.
Before me, most had to use a line.
Many people use me to wake them up.
Others on me won't shut up.
I open you all to a gigantic world.
When I frustrate you, I might get a big hurl.

Hint
I'm sure there's one in your pocket.Answer
Cell phones. They take people's time and before they were available to us we had to use a land line. Many people also use them as alarm clocks and some people are always talking or texting on them. They open us up to a new, giant world while when others get mad at a phone like I've been known to, they'll throw them.

Easy teasy. Very fun.
Honest feedback, I find the last line jarring. The riddle eads pretty consistently with four "beats" per line. I suppose if you emphasize "get" in the last line, you can make the four beats work, but hurl doesn't quite rhyme with world. If the last phase was "I might get hurled", the beat falls on "might" keeping the rhythm and the rhyme is maintained.
Again, I like the riddle and look forward to more!
