Brain Teasers
Billy is Lost!
Situation
Situation puzzles (sometimes called lateral thinking puzzles) are ones where you need to ask lots of yes or no questions to figure out what happened in the situation. These are good puzzles for groups where one person knows the puzzle and answers the questions.Situation
Last week Billy, who is only 6 months old, was sent to live with my aunt because Billy's parents died and I couldn't take care of him due to the fact that I have to go into hospital for an operation. Before my hospital admission day, I put Billy in a nice cosy basket with a cardboard tag attached saying "Hi, I'm Billy. Please make sure I arrive at .." and I put my aunt's address and put him on a train. Sadly, Billy never arrived. We are all very upset. Can anyone help? What happened to Billy?
Answer
Billy is my pet goat. I had three pet goats. Nanny, Big Billy and Billy, their offspring. When Billy's parents died and I had to go to hospital my aunt said she would take care of Billy. However, on the journey, he ate that cardboard tag which had my aunt's address on it! We have no idea where he is now.Hide Answer Show Answer

Very clever and all too true!
But as a goat lover I found this too sad. Poor Billy!

I too was concerned about poor Billy. It didn't seem like a brain teaser, it seemed like something that actually occurred. II planned to bring it to the group I share riddles with, and then thought, "how do you know he ate his cardboard tag?" He could have scampered off at the first stop, or someone could have kidnapped him. It dawned on me that you could have tricked me into thinking this really happened. I decided to review your other riddles and see that was in your nature. And then decided to bring most of your riddles to my group. They're a pretty skilled group, and did pretty well with your riddles and your trick teasers also. They unanimously voted that you were trying to trick us, since over a third of your teasers were in the Trick category. You did a good job of it-you almost tricked us. We had fun though, and enjoyed your riddles,
@TheRiddler. Thank you for your comment. I'm flattered that you have shared my teasers. I'm glad they gave you and your friends some fun
